I need hosting with the requirements below

1. I need reseller hosting on Cpanel
2. where some of the sites approximately 20 web sites will need to be hosted on static IPs each from a separate C block. All 20 IPs will have to be clean
3. PHP 4x OR 5X with MySQL 4x or 5x
4. php settings should be similar to as provided at http://67.228.172.146/phpinfo.php

For a few of the sites I shall need facility for custom name servers’ i.e.
We need all the sites to have custom name servers for example for the site
www.sitename.com the name servers to be created would be
ns1.sitename.com
ns2.sitename.com

www.sitename1.com the name servers to be created would be
ns1.sitename1.com
ns2.sitename1.com
and so on for each of the 10 sites
These could be however created from the same set of IPs for all sites.
