ok, time for another one of my "usefull" tips :P

when designing your site, it is important to give yourself a good image. if people see a badly designed website, they think a bad service. the same goes for unfinished sites, this also gives a bad impression of the hosting you offer..

and for the big nono in paid hosting, NEVER put ads on your site...

it gives you a really bad image as when people look at your site they think why arent they making the money off the hosting, and it also doesnt do much for your image, as ads are usually ugly and dont fit in with your website's theme.
