Best word of advice I can give as a customer is SUPPORT YOUR CLIENTS. It dosent matter how much you change for service. It doesn't matter how much I pay! I do not care how many servers you have or have fast your backbone is. I want proper support when I need it. You build your hosting around support and you will get clients like me that will help you build your hosting empire. SUPPORT!
