Plesk is very user-friendly, but as a provider, I found cPanel to have better features and more stable. So a 8/10 on Plesk's user-friendliness and a 8/10 on cPanel's admin-friendliness.

I have used cPnel from Ahosting.biz and want to say that it's a usable control panel. With the help of it, you may change whatever you want on your web site. The main thing is the ability to use it.

We offer only windows hosting and therefore use Plesk and CPanel cannot be used with windows hosting. There I cannot comment on CPanel, however, I like Plesk 8.2 and I think it helps you manage the hosting business quite efficiently. I have used other panels like HC, Helm etc. However, I find Plesk more advanced.

I consider there are some advantages and disadvantages in using both control panels. Foe example, ServerPoint.com provides both varients and I think it's done for users' convenience. Choose what is more suitable for you.

I personally think cpanel is better than Plesk. Has more features and allows more administration. Had bad experience with Plesk and try to stay away from it.

I think that choosing a panel you have to remember about your needs first of all.
