for data centre downtime, i can accept the excuse imply that they inform me in advance. meaning not me found out its been down for sometime, then contact u, then only u try explain. just admit the problem, its ok for me

I would want to mention here about wizwebhost.com I have been hosting with them
since past 2 years and I would say apart from some minor downtimes their servers were
never down. I did host my sites with many other hosts but then the uptime of
wizwebhost.com is something that has surprised me. The customer support is good and they
do get back promptly. I would definitely recommend http://www.wizwebhost.com
