Yes indeed uptime guaranteeis very important, but you should make sure that support is equally available round the clock, because for the main reason that we cannot predict when exactly we may have technical problems and "they"(hosting company) should take care of that, but at the same time it is our responsiblity to get their attention to the problem.

It "they" should consider all those problems with which we can meet. "They" should protect us from all problems. And if we pay money that we have the full right to address to them with claims.

If they are a reputed company, they will address the problem within the shortest period of time, and will let you know what is a solution to it,when you make payments, your website doesn't get create itself, you need to have your equal participation in the process.

Yes, you should claim problems with rights but with your equal hands in it.
