I have people from Europe, China, and even Australia who doesnt have any problems. Only the Americans have.
I allready checked if their where any banned IPs, but their aren´t.
Im on a 5gb reseller account, and thats an American reseller server.
Even my host doesnt know what is going on.
One of the Americans phoned his ISP about it, but that isnt the problem either.
The ISP helpdesk said that it should be something within his computer.
