The Differences are as follows:-

Dedicated Servers - You Actually Own The Server so you can do anything on it e.g. install a variety of scripts, control panels, different services e.g. SSH etc.

Reseller - You Pay To Sell A Certain Amount Of Space On The Hosting Companies After You Pay Them For The Space.

Therefore Dedicated is better than Reseller, i hope this helps :-)
