I have seen several reviews on Utropicmedia.net on different web sites, and need to admit that they are quite old and trusted company. I think that difference in the location is evident. I think that is very good point if you have audience in those different regions. Anyway I think that it would be impossible to have web sites hosted in different regions at the same time. I think that utropicmedia.net would be good for the ones which have xxxx.com and xxxx.eu and xxxxx.asia domain name for example.
