The service and the technical support including chat/phone/email support are easily handled by the staff of an outsourcing company. The staff are well qualified and trained to tackle all the problems of the clients base, it does not matter where the outsourcing company is located. The system administrators are experts to tackle even most complicated issues.
However it also depends upon the company's reliability, capability, flexibility and reputation.
