I thought I could recommend a cheap VPS hosting provider, found them at justgotvps.com, these could be the cheapest deals in the industry.
This pricing makes me think there's some tendency among vps hosting providers to sell deals at a cheaper price.

I would shop around adit more before choosing any hosting company. Have you done your homework with reviews, testimonials from current clients, and even tried to use their support to answer the questions you have?

I think that Eurovps.com are unbeaten Europe-based vps providers, while in the USA there are quite a lot of stable budget providers like VPSland.com, Hostww.net and VPSlink.com.
