As the previous poster wrote, review sites should be taken with a grain of salt due to advertising arrangements, but they can give you a good idea of the companies that are out there.
I suggest you contact any web hosting company you are considering, especially on the support and service side, to see how easily they are reached and what kind of response you get. You'll find this is a good sanity check when determining who you wish to use for your site.
