They are not that cheap
they charge $20/mo for cpanel while i saw another hosts that do it for $7.5
they charge extra for the IPs and extra backup GBs
man when you sum all that and put it together you will not find them that cheap at all

Plus - they dont have good reviews - and all i have heared about them is that they have a slow responce
