They also provide forum support and think it's reasonable to visit it and put the questions there too to get to know more about that.

Do they offer reselling as well?

If you are planning to resell and quite serious about your project, I'd say go for a vps and install all your clients might need, in this case you'll be responsible for support, but I think that's a better shot and you may sell expensive hosting as it's you who guarantee quality. HostWW.net provides a trial period and it's a big plus for the clients as they may try this company for a month for free and decide to be with this company or not. Anyway you don't lose anything if you try them.

Right, a trial period is the best way to know well about company's activity and decide to use them or not. HostWW.net has nice reputation on the forum and I think no one will have serious issues using them.

I think that trial period is an extremely useful thing especially in reselling hosting business as you are responsible before your clients so making a choice of a provider isn't an easy thing.
I think fasthosts.co.uk is another company offering free trial period, I think this may be a good idea to make a kist of hosting providers offering free trial period.
