Just over 48hrs ago my site went down i checked NT-Hosts site is down too, i sent emails and i was getting notifications to say there was a delay getting emails delivered, i call his mobile and get the answer machine everytime ive left numerous messages and now the phone is just switched off everytime i call a few times.

Basically i have had no support or feedback about the situation. now the big error, the only backup i have is a yr old. where do i go from here? i have tried to get hold of the company that the reseller has brought hosting from and they wont speak to me as i am a customer of a customer, they wont let me have my data either without his permission, which is unlikely to happen as he wont speak to me.

Are there other customers here who may have went thru the same problem?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
