I have a suggestion: cheap dedis with high rate of support and service are offered by hqhost.net. I think a dedi for $99/mo is not very expensive...
I also consider Ahosting.biz as one of the most reliable companies - perfect support and qualified service for relatively low price, downtime occurs as rare as a comet in our sky... judging from the personal experience.
