I have really strong doubt that that company provides unlimited hosting...

Unlimited is physically impossible

I think unlimited simply means more than you can use.
Many websites will not use even a quater of their disk space
and therfore the space seems unlimited.

Just like going to a resturant and be told that
you can eat as much as you want for a price, but you cant carry anything out.

Theoritically you can eat an unlimited amount but your stomach is limited
and since you cant carry the food out, you end up leaving it for the next customer.
