that can't be good :/ there should always be someone on for emergencies. one person can't be awake all the time and can't be expected to know everything!

this is the main reason i didn't go with them

but not all people can afford to employ others, and im sure there is alot of 1 man operations out there that are just as good as the ones with multiple staff.. im sticking up for them cos ill be one in a week or two

when i said "no life" i meant he has no time to do anything else - all his time is dedicated to his clients via IM (MSN - Yahoo - ICQ - ...)

well i have to get building on the site... so it's gonna be a while before i've built something good enough to use, thats when im gonna pay for the hosting
