If that is what you think then you should try to stick with dealing with a DC directly.

A couple things you need to know.
1. We own a bunch of equipment, so we are the DC in some cases.
2. When we partner with a DC that DC sees us as a top client. If I call and need something done, and it does not get done, they are not just going to lose 1 dedicated box, they stand the chance of losing MANY boxes. (and many future sales)
3. We get pricing well under what you may be able to get because we purchased many boxes. Yes, they do run specials and sometimes you can get the same price we get but normally we are going to come well under what you can get directly. We also take payment methods that the DCs do not take.
4. Our ticket response time is generally much better than the DCs. We often offer services for free that they would charge for.
