Yes i agree that more then one method of payment is better, Every client has there own needs. Some people want a quicker responce but others are more patient. On the other hand if there is one person controling a variety of contact methods at the same time it gets hard and impossible in other words to accept everything at once. So i suggest bigger hosts should have more contact methods wheras smaller companies should have one method of contact to make it easier and more faster.
