I think it is a very good & competitive package you can get an instant response you should increase bandwidth which is a key feature also mention about your support system & special services.

yeah i guesse if you start by getting alot of low priced customers.. you can upgrade so you can handle larger customers

I know! You shouldn't offer all of your available bandwidth so that when your clients need extra, you can offer extra GB of bandwidth for reasonable prices but generally more than if you integrate it into the packages

i think 5-7 a year is way TOO cheap.... you wouldn't really profit at all... make that like a special for the first 3 requests or something
