| In my opinion I would start small until you learn everything. You won't realize how much you need to know until you get going. I started 4 years ago with just shared hosting, 2 years ago I added shoutcast, and just moved onto VPS and dedicated. After 4 years I have a great staff who is very dependable now I am growing so fast I can't believe it! The biggest thing I can tell you is know your stuff, from someone teaching you or reading ALOT! and make sure you have good tech support! If you or your staff doesn't have good people skills you won't get anywhere in the hosting industry! |
