I also had never heard of Host Bavos, but I see from their website that they are based in Lowestoft, and they claim an uptime of 99.73%, with just over 24 hours downtime in December 2007 in the past year of operation.

I don't want to knock them because I have no experience of this host company, but they do appear to charge very low rates, starting at £1.60 a month. I can't see how they manage to make a profit at that level? Anybody know how they survive at those rates?
