I consider those 2 companies ( A2hosting.com and Hostgator.com)for dedicated server.
I know about them almost nothing but would like to know.
Would you mind providing me more information about them. |

As for A2hosting.com this company can be used both business and personal needs. Why not? This company has offered many kinds of web hosting services and they have a forum too on their web site and it judges about their high level of server mangement in providing web hosting for their customers. |

You'll have no difficulty finding threads about Hostgator, it's being discussed everywhere.
A2hosting.com comes into view from time to time, they semm to be specilazing in the latest PHP, MySQL, Postgresql versions.
I think the main difference between a big and a middle-sized /small company is the degree of the hand holding and the amount of support allocated to one person. The average-sized where each client matters would rather guide you thru the stages. |

I support the idea of going with a2hosting.com as they are an average-sized company offering forefront technologies, this looks more attractive to me than being just one more client's name in a big host's documentation. |

 | HostGator.com is a big company but their care of their customers are not on the highest level. It leaves much to be desired.
As for A2hosting.com they provide technologies (PHP 5.2.4, MySQL 4.1.x, MySQL 5.0.x, PostgreSQL 8.2.x, Ruby on Rails 2.0) that are very useful in running your web site. |

20PERCENTOFF. | Guess this voucher from A2hosting.com gives 20% discount on their services. As I see this company supports PHP 5.2.4, MySQL 4.1.x, MySQL 5.0.x, PostgreSQL 8.2.x, Ruby on Rails 2.0. |

 | I don't know why but Hostgator is losing its popularity, as more and more negative stuff appeared about them on forums, but still with this amount of people on servers noone can beat it.
My personal preference in this situation would go to A2hosting.com for the reasons mentioned in the posts above. Give them a try. |
