I wonder the community what you think of domain registration as an additional services that web hosting companies provide. Do you use them and how reliable they are? Take ServerPoint.com, they have their domain registration services as an additional one.
So your comments?

I think it's rather convenient to use web hosting services from ServerPoint.com and reg a domain with them. Though their domain service is additional but it looks all right.

I don't see anything unusual in this service from ServerPoint.com. Many companies provide it for their clients. have you already reged a domain with them?

I see nothing extraordinary in domain registration with the company your host your web site with. ServerPoint.com provides domain registration as an additional services and it's quite normal. And I wonder if ServerPoint has any accreditation.

If the company provides only domain registration service, you may call it a domain registrar I think, that's why I'd not call ServerPoint.com a domain registrar. They reg domains but it's not their priority.
