Your plesk control panel account does not have "allow multiple sessions" enabled. If you close your browser window instead of clicking the logoff button, your login session will remain open on the server. Resolution
You can wait 30 minutes for the session to timeout, then login to your PLESK control panel account, click the preferences icon, and select the checkbox for "Allow Multiple Sessions"
Alternatively, you can contact support and have them enable the "Allow Multiple Sessions" for you. |
