I'm not sure, but I don't think you can, I think the person who is renting the server to you has to do it. I would consult the providor and ask them.

You can install this in SSH
search for a guide on google on how to install CLAMAV(this one is used more often than others)
however, if your novice in SSH you should get yourserlf a serveradmin to do this for you.
