its only $20 per month.. its DEFINATELY worth it

does autopilot have an autosetup script to create accounts automatically? i remember i saw a script online that was a 1 time fee of $20.... it could be integrated with paypal and WHM... however, i lost the link to that script.... haha
yes whm-autopilot is the industry leader but I can see how it may be costly for smaller businesses. THere are alternatives out there (open-source/free). Off the top of my head I can recall phpcoin. They take lots of customization/work but you save the cost at least...
Agreed again, wilo. If you are a small startup, and are willing to do some work, then open source alternatives are a good choice. Otherwise, a well-known script is a good idea, even if it does cost money.
