Choosing another country web host provider cause any problem?

I am Living in US. If I choose another country provider cause any problem to me in future or and side effects????? Could you any web host expert here to help me???

see i am in US but I used a canadian server
Because theyprovide many useful service

Certainly you will not have any problems where your hosting geographically would not placed. We have servers in US and Europe.

It all depends on what hosting it is

1) Shared Hosting - It is alright to use Shared Hosting in another country to you there is a variety of Advantages and dis-advantages

2) Dedicated - It will be ok to use a server in a different country as long as you have got a dedicated support and server managment team :-)
