Thoser it's not quite clear what's meant by commitment here, anyone cares to explain?

I'm looking for more and more big densities - is 6700 to 13000 VA critical load (80%) fully redundant per rack. For 2-3 loaded blade systems per rack.

Since the thread was started bandwidth pricing has decreased significantly, I'm sure you'll be able to get colo services at more competitive prices.
We offer colocation services in our new SAS70II certified facility in New Jersey which is 10 minutes away from New York.
Our pricing is really one of the most competitive for New Jersey/New York area: 1U - $65.00.
