Debit Card!!
I have a paypal account and I am trying to verify it using my Visa International Debit card. But it says card declined?

Does anyone have any idea as to why that is happening??

-check your card hasnt expired
-check it works somewhere else
-try ask your bank or paypal about the problem as mirwais suggested.

Well the card is working else where.

I had thought that there may be a problem with debit cards.
Anyways you are right I thnk I should consult paypal.
