Not many companies provides Windows reselling. HostCats.com provides JSP Support with their plans. Prices are good. And as I understand this company is in India. Is that right?

Nursh, are you interested solely in Windows reselling?
If Linux might be an option, then you can check resellers who have been in the industry for quite a time and are given positive reviews by their clients www.marblehost.com, www.resellerzoom.com, www.hostdime.com.

They seems to be in business for around 5 years but there seems to be very little reviews/info on them on the internet. I did a search for their name on webhostingtalk but only came up with one result.

I would like to mention HostWW.net reseller package plans.
Their packages are great if users would like to re-sale space and make extra money. Another great use for Re-seller packages if the client owns 1 or more domains and want to host and manage all aspects of them all, and pay only for one account.
