 | explain to me it please I thought that Terms of services, SLA, TOS and AUP are the same things. But after reading all of them on the web site of Ahosting.biz, I realized that they differ rather much. They are all written very well by this company.
What do you think of these all things? |

 | - A service-level agreement (SLA) is a contract between a network service provider and a customer that specifies, usually in measurable terms, what services the network service provider will furnish. Many Internet service providers (ISP)s provide their customers with an SLA. More recently, IS departments in major enterprises have adopted the idea of writing a service level agreement so that services for their customers (users in other departments within the enterprise) can be measured, justified, and perhaps compared with those of outsourcing network providers.
Some metrics that SLAs may specify include:
What percentage of the time services will be available
The number of users that can be served simultaneously
Specific performance benchmarks to which actual performance will be periodically compared
The schedule for notification in advance of network changes that may affect users
Help desk response time for various classes of problems
Dial-in access availability
Usage statistics that will be provided. |

What do you think of these all things? | Ahosting.biz has really very well written legal pages.
Webhostingbuzz.com has them too as well as Lunarpages.com, etc. It's quite natural for the decent company to have them clear stated. |

 | Legal documents are an essential part of running a we hosting business. HostGator.com, LunarPages.com, Webhostingbuzz.com, etc have them well-written. It helps to avoid many issues in terms of consuming bandwidth and CPU. |

 | To the OP: I think there's one more doc from the Legal package of ahosting.biz and this is Resource Abuse Policy http://www.ahosting.biz/legal/rap.html, I guess this is by far more important. |
