do you have cpanel? i think cpanel has a help desk script.... you can submit tickets... then you can respond, but it doesnt have to be live...

We had used osTicket and Support-Logic before moving to eSupport. Both products are ok, but having errors sometimes. And it has less features. But it's free, a good starting
