| I understand free hosts grow with members and posts and if you have automated scripts, you will kill one post from all applicants and also you will reduce time they spend in your forums.
Consider going the old forum way, every person applying for hosting account will post a post for same and evenif you don't bother post2host, you still will have good numbers to boast besides when people wander in forums waiting for results, they do read and post, at tiems out of anxiety and at tiems out of curiousity. Whatever the reason, gainer is your forum.
Work on increasing traffic and posts for your forum and give members opportunity to spend time. Automated scripts will kill all this.
They are better for paid hosts, which don't bother much about forum stuff and related.
