i will use it if it's worldwide like stormpay and ikobo and other payment systems
i would like to say that nobody can assure that google will start its so called googlepay
google says no comments about that issue

Google has clarified it recently that they are not going to compete with paypal but definately they have plan for a payment gateway for their specific advertisers only.
