Exclamation HELP NEEDED. Please look and answer!
Hello,
A customer of mine has used his account for PHISHING (pretending he was eBay) and sent 8000 e-mails to many eBay users asking them to login into a fake fraud website.

LayeredTech (where i got my server from) has asked me to:
1) Disable "nobody" so that it cannot send e-mails.
2) Enable suEXEC and/or phpsuEXEC.
3) Enable "X-Source Headers".

I know this might look kinda noob or something but I am in big need of an answer on how to do all these 3 with specific details.

This is extremely needed or else my server will be disconnected within 4 hours...

We'll i think you need to login to your admin.. then get into his account, and it should be all there for you if your in admin.. but in his account.
I would disable his email totally.
Is this against your ToS .. and has he paid a full year upfront. ?
if its against the ToS and hes payed a full year upfront .. you can banned/delete his account and get some money out of it

I believe it can be done easily through WHM (if you have cPanel on your server). btw, I would suspend the account first

ah, i didnt know it could be done automatically by whm.. if it was needed to be done manually it wouldnt be feasable... but now it is
