i have a reseller hosting.
my domain apoloniahotel.com is locket by the "root user"

Hostforweb.com is my "administrator" if i can say.

this is the message i got when i want to Unsuspend this account:

- That domain has been locked by the root user. You cannot reactivate ...
if anyone can help or tell me what to do!
Please...

you should contact your administrator for this. they have the admin access that will unlock your reseller account.

Sounds like it's not so much a permission problem as a problem contacting the domain controller and this would indicate, as the error suggests, that it's a DNS issue.

It wouldn't be a DNS issue if the domain or account has been suspended, which is what the error would suggest according to what the OP posted.

Generally, the web hosting provider will retain ownership of your account and any accounts created under your reseller account will be within your control.

This would mean that if they suspend your account, you would need to contact them to have the account un-suspended.
