I do it once a week.. Sometimes once a day.. But mostly once a week

for my site, as for now, i back it up as often as possible, like; an hour, thrice in a weak, or once a day.

i dont currently run a hosting company but i do run a couple of sites and i back them up about once a month if i can be bothered:P there not very big or important sites lol.

there are some scripts that dp a automatic daily buckup

yes i have one of those, only problem is mine only backups mysql databases and you needa ding another place to store you backup files.

yes . the back up space is a problem. i has a host that i use 80% of space . so didnt be able to do intern backups.

you'd have to buy double the space... but its worth it, because if you are running a hosting company, and you dont have a backup of all your clients site, they arent gonna be happy if your main server goes down
