 | How soon will you expect a reply from your provider
Just curious how many days would you expect your service provider to reply your query?
Given that they may be bombarded with a lot of emails especially those offer cheap hosting plans. My expectation is < 3days. |

| Well, if the emergency degree of the ticket is high, I expect to get a response from my host a2hosting.com within 20 min- 2 hours, for low and medium degrees of emergency it's up to 24 hours.
I know thre are hosts who offer Response Time guarantee, say it's in the Marblehost.com plans. | |
