Have you guys given the idea of making a good logo a thought? I think it might be one of those long-term factors to success. Personally, I've been trying to start the creative processes in my mind but I haven't had much success playing around in various graphics design programs.
If you plan to stay around for a long time, it might be really good (obviously) to develop an identity and a brand that people will remember to encourage people spreading the word. It helps definitely to separate yourselves and be unique since you have thousands of competitors...
