Hey thanks for the link. How does a site get listed in that directory? I didn't see a submit button on the site or a form for accepting reviews? Thanks.

Theres a Submit Url link near the top of the page. Most likely the top reviews are paid positions so you would have to pay to receive a review, but I was able to submit my host to the directory for free.
