Well as for CSS, dreamweaver does have good CSS support,

with a good CSS functions code completion

also the automation of CSS scripts once you change the site in the WYSIWYG editor is a good function...

when it comes down to it it is a good buy...

you can edit all codes in dreamweaver its just if you want to buy it or not

i think dreamweaver mx2004 is the latest edition... but i couldnt tell you the functionality differences between them, because i have only been using dreamweaver mx
