RustyNut is right. I mean, would you rather gain clients and then have massive downtime because your host doesn't know what they are doing? No.. unless you just don't care. It's best to choose your host wisely, and make sure that they know what they are doing.

Although some budget hosts do have a great infastructure, I'd recommend doing some homework / research on the host
