never listen to client will.... your clients are source of cash...
so
1.listen them when they are complaining.....
2.give them rewards for being stay with you for couple few years by providing discount.
3. Make it easy for them for giving referal, a profit able referal, while you get new clients, you reward them with one year service credited to their account...
and this is good viral way to promote your excellent service.
4. Give them good usefull information to use ( an e book, insert ads in it) and allow them to share it to friends, it will cut your ads budged, while increase cash flow.
