What more info do you have about your host?
only one phone number?
maybe try to whois the domain get thier address, lookup in the phone book, whatever you can think of to get in touch with them!
this sounds like a great big scam, sorry to hear about your website :\
if its a static content site, i would go to the wayback machine, or lookup in google cache, wow i hate to hear about this kind of stuff.
