I think personalized email hosting is very much like google, exce4pt that it gives you more security and you may have more professionally-looking emails you may use in business. Is getresponse a paid service? What's it about? Is it diffirent from that provided by gmail?
To Nursh: how many email boxes do you need? do you have any other hosting accounts with any other host?
From Sibername.com plans it's clear that it's not a good idea to get just one mail box from them, it's more profitable to go for the plan at least 5 mailboxes.

You may also have email hosting from HostCats.com as this company provides it rather cheap including many email features. .
