I'd recommend you to have a look at the other list of reliable hosting providers:
    serverpoint
    1&1
    dayanahost

These companies have no downtime, their servers work with no glitches and support is helpful and responsive on many ways.

I think that is impossible to have 0 downtime. So far there are few good web hosts. I have account with dayana host and I have never had any issue with them. They have been provided great service for me

The issue is not at all about good service. The issue is about well managed and monitored servers. If the load on the server goes up constantly, there has to be a reason. The reason can be found by the monitoring tool or from the alerts that are set for the same. If it is an experienced person handling the server, he would not kill the entire server, affecting the other accounts, but will look at ways to controlling the problem. That's what i meant by well managed.

As a newcomer to the hosting business, I'd once again be a fool if I didn't self promote, so you should at least LOOK at our services

At any rate, chosing a web host can be a rather arduous task. There are so many things to consider, along with hostwitus suggestion. The biggest things, aside from proper management, you should look at are Up Time and Support. If you have a site that has poor up time, your site isn't even going to be visible. As far as support goes. Challenge your prospective host. Ask their sales and support staff questions. The more extreme the question the better. It shows your host knows what they are doing when they offer their services.
