State-of-the-art is a descriptive adjective that any host can use, you should be really interested in the technical characteristics of the datacenter. | |

As for MMHosting.com, they don't provide co-location services but only shared and reselling. And their prices are affordable. They also included Static IP Addresses into their reselling plus in-house support.

| "state of the art" is marketing BS. It means little to nothing without specific details to back it up.
