I can only tell about my provider serverpoint.com, they offer Las Vegas colocation in their own datacenter

State-of-the-art is a descriptive adjective that any host can use, you should be really interested in the technical characteristics of the datacenter.

As I understand ServerPoint.com has their own datacenter in Las Vegas. It means that this company is rather big. How much do their services cost?
As for MMHosting.com, they don't provide co-location services but only shared and reselling. And their prices are affordable. They also included Static IP Addresses into their reselling plus in-house support.
Nice companies they are!

I'm using Serverpoint.com shared services, can't say the company is thatbig, but they are really stable and have efficient personnel to make my site accessible 24/7.
