You will find many download links in google for linux iso if you search with the relevant keywords. Indeed it is free opensource os.

Linux is normally free, there are thousands of linux distros around, just look through and work out what one you think works best for you, i believe most use a debain based distro, such as ubuntu, linux mint... etc etc...

except for a web server, i believe most use centos...
